2020 UPDATE

keepin’ it real y’all

Hey loves, I’m back!! I haven’t looked at this old blog of mine in a hot minute. (or a year and a half) I’m probably going to start a new blog, but for now, let’s NOT judge this blog creation of mine… after all, i was only thirteen and now I’m almost fifteen and this content is very, very cringey. I mean, it’s fine but I’ve definitely improved a substantial amount. This is just my update so you may now continue to reading some interesting posts from little me. Drop a like at the bottom and comment:) TYSM, -emmalyn

How to Make Successful Bath Bombs

Greetings everyone! Today we are learning how to make successful bath bombs! I have made many bath bombs and finally made some that work super well!!! So, down below is the recipe, along with step-by-step instructions!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Baking Soda

3/4 Cup of Citric Acid

3/4 Cup of Epsom Salt (If you don’t want to use essential oils, then use scented epsom salt)

4 tsp. water

2 tsp. essential oils

3 tsp. olive oil or similar oil

Bath Bomb coloring works best, but food coloring also works

(Optional) dried flowers

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. (also coloring if it’s the bath bomb type)
  2. Mix food coloring with water, then add the oil.
  3. Slowly add wet ingredients until the dry and wet mixture is wet enough to hold together without crumbling.
  4. Pack lightly into molds.
  5. Dry in freezer for 24 hours (at least)

Best used within 3-5 weeks

Pretty Blue Bath Bomb:) (This isn’t mine, I’ll add my own pictures later!)

I hope your bath bombs worked as well as mine did! Stay Creative!
